My baby passed away this afternoon at 2:45pm. I finally broke down and had her euthanized... Of course I'm talking about my cat, not a human child. She had some complications from cancer that made it difficult for her to breath comfortably. She wasn't eating or drinking. She was just wasting away. I tried different medications and treatments, but nothing worked. Two weeks ago she was fine; running around the house, being her normal self. Now shes gone. Everything happened so fast. Its all like a bad dream...
As I'm sitting at the computer, I keep expecting her to jump up on my lap and walk all over the keys like she did everyday.
I don't know what I'm going to do without her. She was my little cuddlebug. I loved that cat more than I could describe.
Now I'm going to curl up on the couch with Matilda's blanket and take a nap.
